Leading on PM, QS, EA, Civils and Structural Design, the team undertook feasibility studies and pre-tender estimates, flood risk assessments, building surveys and civil and structural design to inform the planning application. Thereafter AWP project managed the scheme ensuring all works complied with the latest HTM standards.
