Three recent projects for our Client Premier Modular, delivered from our Scarborough office, showcase how different sectors are harnessing the versatility and speed of modular to deliver their development plans.

  • Education – Hills Road Sixth Form College - 3 storey building to provide additional study and office spaces for the sixth form, completed in 36 weeks

  • Health – Dorset County Hospital – new build wards, discharge lounge and clinical space, completed in 20 weeks.

  • Commercial - Hitachi, Slough - Single storey gatehouse, two storey office and welfare facility with a living green wall
