Seaview Colonnade Wins Excellence in Design at Brick Awards

This landmark project introduces a vibrant new Pavilion featuring retail, craft, and exhibition spaces, a café, a restaurant with stunning sea views, beach huts, and inclusive facilities - all designed to enhance the visitor experience and revitalise the seafront.

Alan Wood & Partners were appointed to deliver the civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering services, working in close collaboration with East Lindsey District Council, lead architects CPMG Architects, and contractor G F Tomlinson. The wider project team also included CPW, Influence Landscape Planning and Design, and Brook and Mayo, whose contributions helped bring this ambitious vision to life.
