Acting as the Designer’s Site Representative Services for the Southern roundabout on the M181 on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
Working closely with Esh Civil, main contractor, through the construction process, this phase aims to establish a new access route linking the M181, Burringham Road, Lincolnshire Lakes, and the Western area of Scunthorpe. By alleviating congestion, it will reduce commuting times to and from Scunthorpe and facilitate the development of new residential areas.
Witnessing our designs materialise on the ground is a highlight of our consultancy's role. We are confident that this new roundabout will continue to benefit the local community by supporting Lincolnshire Lakes, one of the UK's largest residential developments. Additionally, we are actively collaborating with Keepmoat Homes on the engineering design of the initial parcel of 599 plots, incorporating sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), recreational amenities such as a lake and play areas, and green spaces.
