Our Geoenvironmental specialists have produced comprehensive site‑wide material management plans and earthworks strategies. Using detailed Ground Investigation data, we have designed earthworks that establish development platforms at levels that help reduce flood risk. The team is also overseeing material movements and on‑site re‑use, ensuring all works meet the required specifications and regulatory standards.

Our Civils team has delivered a drainage strategy addendum that sets out the detailed design and phasing for both temporary and permanent surface‑water systems. The strategy focuses on the effective collection, conveyance and storage of surface water runoff, incorporating plot‑level SuDS, perimeter ditches and swales. These features discharge into phased Linear Drains designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing watercourse network.

Once complete, Charterholme will provide 3,200 new homes, shops, a business park, a leisure village, community services and essential transport infrastructure—creating a vibrant new neighbourhood for Lincoln.  AWP’s involvement is expected to continue throughout the duration of the development.

Services are being delivered via the Pagabo Professional Services Framework.
