This week we have welcomed
- Jarvis Crompton from Mannor Church of England Academy who joins our York office for the week
- Theo Pollard from Woodhouse Grove will spend the week with our Leeds team
- Anna Gibson from Mannor Church of England Academy has been spending time with our Hull civils team.
Each student is paired with a mentor and given set tasks to work though, whilst learning about all things civils & structures!
We find hosting a valuable way of introducing young people to our industry, whether they chose it as a pathway or not, the experience can help shape their future career decisions.
