Traditionally held during school hours, Withernsea High aimed to try something different by running it in an evening to make it more accessible to parents/carers, as well as students across all year groups.
Drawing in over 350 visitors, Lisa and Morgan were enthusiastic about highlighting engineering as a fantastic and rewarding career choice, emphasising that great professional services companies are thriving in the Hull & East Yorkshire region, proving you don’t have to venture far for promising opportunities.
AWP offer graduate programmes and operate a ‘grow your own’ apprenticeship scheme, which has successfully welcomed 20 young people in to the business, 19 of which are still with us.
