Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is advancing its transformation programme with the establishment of a new Day Case Surgery and Imaging Centre.
Description of the Works: Alan Wood & Partners provided comprehensive Civil & Structural Engineering Services from RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) through to RIBA Stage 7 (In Use). The project, aligned with BIM level 2 standards, encompassed approximately 3500m² of new medical space for Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. Services included design and detailing of foundations, reinforcement, steelwork, drainage, and external works, delivered under ACE Conditions of Engagement 2009, Agreement 1: Design and Schedule of Services Part G (a) Civil and Structural Engineering, as a non-lead consultant.
