Undertaking a full condition survey of the jetty head and approaches including fendering and quay furniture.
The survey considered assessment of critical structural defects and identification, grading and quantifying of a range of condition defects arising from exposure conditions, service life and construction issues.
The survey included under deck survey from marine craft and top deck inspection including visual inspection, paint thickness and steel thickness measurement. Reporting included identification of location, defect type, extent and severity together with identification of safety and structurally critical items and was accompanied by a schedule of recommendations and priorities.
