Hilderthorpe is a retail park development comprising of a super market, homewares shop and café.
The site is built on a disused carpark which was used by the train station. The proposed development had to consider the site constraints which included an operational train station with tracks, a major roadway into Bridlington and a water way. The design of the three building allowed for a clear spanning structure which would suit the needs of each retailer. While ensuring that the building could be safely erected and operated without affecting the site constraints.
