This scheme is the first in the UK to combine a start of the art business park with a wildlife haven, on a 250 acre site at a prime location at Junction 39 of the M1.
As one of the most innovative developments of its kind, around 110 acres of land will be developed into high quality office accommodation comprising more than one million square feet.
All the office buildings focus on the latest in energy efficient design with low running costs. This commercial development is combined with the transformation of a further 130 acres of former quarry into a wildlife haven to ensure the protection of lapwing and other species.
Alan Wood and Partners are providing civil and structural engineering and geotechnical engineering services for Peel Logistics, also full civil and structural and geotechnical services for the Police forensics laboratories on this site.
